Dealing with uncertainty
Life is a great big roller-coaster at times, it brings you up. It takes you down, and at certain levels of the ride it can become frightening, but yet it still has those moments when it is fun. Or at least you should aim to make it fun. Now, when we find ourselves trying to deal with what life throws at us, some of us might have a certain level of difficulty.
We might have situations in which we’re stuck, and trying to figure out what is going on?
Why isn’t nothing working for me?
I mean I constantly try, but nothing seems to go the direction that I want it to go?
The questions of life comes standard, and depending on how you choose to handle these questions the results may vary. They come in all shapes and sizes, and there is no such thing as a “one size, fits all” approach. What works for you, might not work for me. How you deal with what life puts in front of you, probably won’t be how I myself, or someone else deal with it. “Dealing with uncertainty” can become a real painful task. It can erode a person’s very nature, and leave them feeling defeated, unmotivated, and left with a deep sense of hopelessness.
Your moves are what will shape everything, so when you’re dealing with uncertainty always move wisely. Imagine everything that you’re doing now, and then imagine the result that you’re after.
Yes I know that it seems like nothing is working, and all your effort that you’re doing just isn’t turning out quite like how you want it to become, but imagine taking a stone, and putting it under a water faucet. The water keeps dripping, but nothing happens to the stone right away.
You won’t see a direct result the first time that you place the stone under the water, but now imagine the stone under this faucet over a period of time, eventually the stone will become sand.
Now, what does this have to do you with you? Your dreams are the stone, and the water represents all that you’re doing. Eventually, if you keep on hammering the stone with the “drip” of your relentless pursuit, then you’ll change the stone into the sand that you desire.
So, it’s nothing more than turning one situation into another, it’s quite similar to the idea of turning water into wine, or making something out of nothing.
The something that you’re going to create here will be shaped into a beautiful work of art, and if you keep on dripping with ambition, and motivation, even in the face of adversity, then life will reward you as the victor of this battle that you’re facing.
As I write this, I pour out genuine passion knowing that as you read on, you’re setting yourself up for a mental win. One that should shape you into a person of dominance in your chosen field. People will come in your life with words that might discourage you, but if you stick in there, then you’ll make yourself the champion that you knew you would always become.
Uncertainty approaches all of us, but how we deal with it shows how we’ll overcome it.
